What unfolds, in order.
The Soft Sin profile.
"In Kannauj, rose isn't extracted. It's coaxed out, one slow drop at a time."
Kannauj, in Uttar Pradesh, has been India's perfume capital for over five centuries. Families here still distil flowers into attar using the deg-bhapka method — copper stills, sandalwood oil as a base, a process measured in days, not hours — passed down through the same families for generations. We source the Damask rose in Soft Sin from here, not for convenience, but because the water, the soil, and that slow copper-pot distillation give it a roundness and depth rose oils from anywhere else simply don't have. It is the feeling of rose petals settling after a long day's distillation.

It opens with orange peel before revealing delicate rose and jasmine. As it settles, warm sandalwood creates a graceful, silken finish that lingers close to skin.
